Refund and Returns Policy

At HoperFashion.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help. Please read our Return and Refund Policy below.

1. Returns

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Items that are damaged, worn, or altered are not eligible for return.

Time Frame: You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your order to return it for a refund or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items
  • Custom or personalized products

2. How to Initiate a Return

Return Process: To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at returns@hoperfashion.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
  3. Package the item securely and include the return authorization slip inside the package.
  4. Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions.

Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

3. Refunds

Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

4. Exchanges

Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at returns@hoperfashion.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Size Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item for a different size, please contact us at returns@hoperfashion.com with your order number and the size you need. We will provide instructions on how to return the original item and receive the new size.
